In stock items typically ship out of our warehouses within 3 to 5 business days; transit times to the continental U.S are normally anywhere from 1 to 5 business days so the total transit time can take up to 2 weeks for in-stock items. - If
there is damage on your order, it is very important to
either refuse acceptance
and/or to note the damage on the delivery notice that comes with your
furniture. If you do not do this we will not be able to file a claim
with the shipper and reimburse you for shipping. This is VERY important. Also, please notify us within 48 hours that damage occurred so that we can file a claim immediately with the shipper.
1ALL of our furniture is delivered to your CURBSIDE or to the end of your driveway. The driver will need help unloading the furniture from the back of his truck. The driver WILL NOT deliver the furniture inside your apartment or house. If you need inside delivery, call us at (877) 392-9990 or email us at sales@rmrfurniture.com for our "White Glove Service".
