Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: No cancellations are accepted after 24 hours of placing an order. Refunds are only available if item is damaged upon arrival and damage is noted on delivery ticket. Please make sure that you contact us if this is the case - our freight company will not accept returns otherwise.

A: We offer a 14 day money-back guarantee on all of our products. If within 14 days of the delivery date you wish to return your product(s), provided it is in saleable condition and is in the original carton it arrived in, we will refund you in full except for shipping costs.
