A: The cushions have a medium firmness. This is a great piece for any lobby area or modern living room.
Q: Is the fabric stain resistant?
A: No. As with any fabric upholstered piece of furniture, in order to get the fabric to be stain resistant we recommend buying scotch guard and applying it to the surface of the sectional. You can pick up a scotch guard at any home products store like Bed, Bath & Beyond or at a Walmart.
Q: How does this sofa ship?
A: This ships via freight ground service.
Q: Do you ship to Canada or overseas?
A: Yes, we do. However, all of our rates are for the continental U.S. only. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, and overseas, you must Contact Us first to obtain a shipping rate to your location.
Q: What if I would like to return my sofa?
A: We offer a 14 day money-back guarantee on all of our products. If within 14 days of the delivery date you wish to return your product(s), provided it is in saleable condition and is in the original carton it arrived in, we will refund you in full except for shipping costs.
