The stool also has an adjustable hydraulic lift that positions the height from a minimum of 21" to a maximum height of 31", making this chair adaptable to any size bar. Frequently Asked Questions Q: How do the hydraulics work? A: There is a small handle underneath the seat that you compress to raise and lower the seat. When sitting on the stool and compressing the handle, the seat will go down. When not sitting on the stool and compressing the handle the seat will go up. Q: Does the seat swivel? A: Yes, the seat swivels 360 degrees. Q: How does this stool ship? A: This ships out via UPS or Fedex ground. Q: Do you ship to Canada or overseas? A: Yes, we do.
